What this means is you are able to upload / download files at full speed, regardless of how much bandwidth your torrent seedbox is using. Thus you can be using your full 100mbit on your seedbox server, and still access your files from home at FULL / FAST speeds.
Your ftp transfer speed will no longer be slow as a result of your torrent downloads.
Before TurboFTP your seedbox either max’ed out your bandwidth/internet line moving your torrents, or you stop your torrents so you can use FTP to move a file to your home computer quickly(i.e. if torrents are using your entire connection, there is little left for FTP)
